King Misuzulu KaZwelithini has once again been caught in an embarrassing situation that was recorded on tape and now doing rounds on social media.

The Zulu King was caught using insulting and sexist language against Princess Nomkhosi who had come to see him.

It is not clear when the audio was recorded as no one within the Zulu royal court wants to talk about it. It is also not clear who recorded the heated meeting and for what purposes.

However, one clear detail is that it was recorded at the King’s palace in Pongola, along the South Africa-Eswatini border in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

It appears that the dispute was over a business deal gone wrong and the King wanted Princess Nomkhosi to tell the business partners to vacate the property with immediate effect.

Efforts to reach the Princess for comment have failed.

Some of the things he said cannot be repeated as they are too offensive and damning.

“Leave… leave now… I am not your brother, we are enemies now. Get out, get out of my sitting room, get out of my sitting room,” the Zulu King is heard repeatedly saying in the audio.

He told the Princess that he does not want to see her again, and if she insists on coming back, he will get a restraining order. Both the King and Princess Nomkhosi are royal offspring of King Goodwill Zwelithini and Queen Mantfombi Dlamini-Zulu.

“You know what, you won’t see me again… get out you bitch.. Bitch get out, I have no mercy for you and Mtanenkosi’s kids (Queen Mantfombi’s kids),” King Misuzulu said.

Towards the end of the recording, he is heard telling Princess Nomkhosi to tell Princess Ntandoyesizwe (his other sister) that he is coming for her and her husband, prominent Durban businessman Moses Tembe.

Another woman in the room is heard trying to calm the King and he obliges for a moment.

The King’s spokesperson, Prince Nathi Zulu, did not respond when he was asked about the monarch’s verbal attacks against his sister and what sparked the quarrel.
